Q: Why is this 6 months? Can’t I just fix my talk in a weekend?

A: You can "fix a talk" in a weekend, but you can't build a sustainable business engine that fast. We aren't just polishing a performance; we are installing a commercial architecture that ensures you never have to "hope" for a booking again.

Q: I’m already an experienced speaker. Is the "Engine" phase too basic for me?

A: If you aren't currently seeing predictable leads and five-figure referrals from every gig, your engine has a leak. We don't do "basic"; we do "forensic." Even veteran speakers find that their market positioning or CRM follow-up is costing them thousands in missed opportunities.

Q: What is the "Founding Member" rate?

A: As I transition my coaching to focus strictly on Strategic Speaker Architecture, I am looking for 5-10 "Founding Members" to provide case studies for the 2026 season. In exchange for your feedback and success story, you receive a significant discount on the standard €10.5k investment for this kind of program.

Q: Will you actually watch my talks and give me feedback?

A: Yes. Unlike generic group programs, the Accelerator includes detailed video reviews of your demos, recorded keynotes, and workshops. We use the STICK framework to ensure your message isn't just "good," but infinitely referable.

Q: How much time will this take each week?

A: The options are to meet for 30 minutes each week or an hour every 2 weeks. You may mix and match, but a consistent rhythm is recommended. Also, you’ll need 2-3 additional hours to implement the systems we build. Think of this as an investment in "future time", the systems we install now will save you hundreds of hours of manual admin and "hope-based" marketing later.
